Project Overview
Jarrell Mechanical Contractors teamed with BSI Constructors who were contracted by Restoration St. Louis to restore the historic Adler & Sullivan building located at 705 Olive in downtown St. Louis which was originally built in 1893.
Jarrell Mechanical Contractors performed the mechanical and plumbing services in this restoration project which consist of 130 room hotel and 16 apartments which are planned to fly the flag of Marriott International’s Autograph Collection.
This was Restoration St. Louis’ second hotel, in conjunction with BSI Constructors and Jarrell Mechanical Contractors, to be a part of Marriott’s independent hotel segment after the Blackhawk Hotel in Davenport, IA, which saw a complete restoration in 2010.
