Project Overview

Jarrell assisted with the completion of an iconic residential space in the heart of University City. The building is located on the Delmar Loop in St. Louis, MO. Jarrell employed dozens of union craftsmen and delivered over 40% minority participation in completing this signature project.

This project included a 14-story, 209-unit residential complex with 428 bedrooms. The development includes 10 residential floors, an amenity floor, three levels of parking and 4,500-square-feet of ground-level retail. The dwelling spaces include one, two and three bedroom units. The Jarrell design and build team enjoyed being a part of this project and were able to complete it both on time and within budget.
