Ronald McDonald House
Project Overview
In 2023, the Jarrell team began collaborating on the new 72-bedroom Ronald McDonald House located off Choteau Ave. in St. Louis, Missouri. This brand new 4-story building will allow traveling families to stay close to their loved ones as they receive treatment at local hospitals.
This project is requiring the following system installations from the Jarrell design-build team, including:
- 1 - 50 Ton Trane RTU
- 1 - 60 Ton Trane DOAS Unit
- 1 - 40 Ton Trane DOAS Unit
- 81 Trane Mini Split Systems
Our Approach
Given space constraints within the building, Jarrell had to coordinate with engineers and designers to properly fit the duct work. The project also required that the HVAC equipment be placed into unique areas of the building to save space, so they creatively routed and adapted the equipment to fit into the the building as needed.
