Project Overview

This confidential project included the development of a 72,000 sq. ft. single-story new construction building for an agricultural based client. The design build needs fulfilled by Jarrell included plumbing and mechanical services as well as irrigation design for the marijuana grow and processing facility.

This project was designed to be completed in phases to allow for production to begin and to ensure a tight turnaround in order to meet state permitting requirements. Upon partnering with Jarrell, the following was equipment that was installed for this project:

• 41 Rooftop Units - including 30 agricultural room units
• 12 Split Systems
• 11 Dehumidifiers
