Olive Crossing
Project Overview
The project at Olive Crossing involved the installation of a variety of mechanical systems within a new 5-story apartment complex that included multiple residential units and common areas. Jarrell’s team was selected for this project to ensure appropriate climate control, energy efficiency, and tenant comfort.
The following systems were addressed by Jarrell during this project:
- Residential Split Systems: A total of 189 residential split systems were installed to provide individualized climate control in each residential unit.
- Common Area Split Systems: Five split systems were strategically placed in shared common areas to maintain a comfortable environment for residents.
- Mini Split Systems for Special Areas: Two mini split systems were installed in the dog washroom and public laundry rooms.
- Rooftop Units (RTUs): To ensure consistent climate control in the building's corridors, two rooftop units (RTUs) were installed.
