Project Overview
Jarrell assisted with a variety of elements on this project for James E. Eagan center. This included:
- Replacing 9-two pipe air handlers with water source heat pumps.
- Installing a new heat pump loop including new pumps as well as a plate and frame heat exchanger.
- Piping into the existing cooling tower piping & replacing existing two pipe air handlers with four pipe air handers.
- Installing a new hot water heating piping loop & air handling equipment.
- Adding a new water cooled chiller & boiler.
- Installing new stainless steel flue pipe from the lower level mechanical room out through the roof to a new natatorium roof mounted unit.
- Installing new duct-sox in the pool.
- Separating the ice rink chiller plant from the central plant.
- Installing a new DDC control system.
All of this work was performed while the building remained in operation.
