Project Overview

In 2017, the Clarkson Executive Building lost a 170-ton water cooled DX unit. Jarrell set-up a temporary system and had the building cool within 24 hours. The team then replaced the DX unit and coils with a new 200-ton Trane Chiller, new water coils and new 400-ton cooling tower.

The new system featured a new Distech Control System that  operates the drives and fresh air louvers. The four blower assemblies were also upgraded from pneumatic controls and inlet guide wanes to new ABB drives. This project was commission by the property manager, Intelica.

When completed, we had secured the customer $31,000.00 in Ameren incentives back for the upgrades done to the building.
