Project Overview

The Jarrell Team is proud to present a newly completed project. The Boulevard Senior Living facility consists 95,577 gsf of Independent Living space, 11,023 gsf of Memory Care, and 35,359 gsf of Assisted Living. There are a total of 12 rooftop units, 96 split systems, and 58 vertical terminal air conditioners between two buildings. Jarrell was excited to partner with General Contractor, HBD Construction, Stark Wilson Duncun Architects, and Owner, O’Reilly Investment, LLC.
