Project Overview

The Jarrell Team is hard at work on this new system at 4625 Lindell for CBRE. We are installing 2 – 110 Trane Screw Chillers, new cooling tower, and upgraded Distech Control System. We had to utilize a crane (Simon Crane) to remove the old units and lift in new units weighing in excess of 2,500 lbs. Not only did we have to get them up to the roof, but had to swing them inside the building. Add a busy city street with four semi trucks, and you can understand some of the unique difficulties presented with this job. Thanks to the Jarrell Team, 4625 Lindell will now be set for another 40-50 years.
