Project Overview

This new renovation project of the Missouri Theatre building in Midtown’s Grand Center District is set to open late summer 2018. This mixed-use project will include 146 room hotel, restaurant, rooftop bar and HQ for Bull Moose Industries. Jarrell is serving as the HVAC/Plumbing design-build contractor, partnering with General Contractor Paric Corporation, and Architect Lawrence Group.
