Jarrell was excited to participate in the extraordinary historical renovation of Union Station. Construction started in August of 2017 and was completed in March of 2018 in time for its first guests. Jarrell used a VRV (Variable Refrigerant Volume) system in order to allow each room to heat or cool independently of each other. This unique project also included the demo of 3rd and 4th-floor clock tower offices changing them into 28 upscale hotel rooms. An extremely detail effort of coordination was required to manage all trades in order to maintain the designed ceiling heights in the corridors. What an exciting project to participate in!
