Friendship Village in Sunset Hills, MO.A Jarrell Case Study
Project Overview
Jarrell was honoted to partner with Paric on a new expansion of Friendship Village’s 52-acre campus. The project included 15 memory care units, a new chapel, and two courtyards that were added to the Fountainview Assisted Living facility, complete with a kitchen expansion.
Facility Expansions
A new five-story, 128,000 sq. ft. independent living building with a garage was constructed on the campus with amenity space, a courtyard, and a connection to the newly expanded clubhouse. There was also a new 126,300 sq. ft. skilled nursing Village Care Center building that was added which included 144 beds, a courtyard and fountain, and amenities to include dining areas, a beauty salon, library, chapel, clinic, and therapy gym.
