Piping Fabrication Shop

Our State of the art 6,000 square foot facility, as well as a highly experienced and skillful workforce can produce quality, dependable fabrication for construction projects. The effectiveness of our fabrication shop is effective across-the-board when it comes to working with schedules and deadlines. We can assemble all types of process piping made up of chemical and sanitary grades.

We use computer software that allows coordinated drawings to be sent from the drawing file to piping spool drawings to the plasma cutting machine. Our plasma pipe cutting machine is used to rapidly produce piping spools for large scale, fast paced projects. After the product is finished it is tested to see if it meets the customer’s needs. Some of our common testing methods include x-ray and dye-penetrant. Our fabrication facility allows us to meet the most demanding construction schedules, while delivering a consistent level of high-quality work.
Jarrell’s in-house facilities help facilitate more aggressive construction schedules, since large portions of the plumbing and piping systems can be fabricated during the early stages of a project- or even before on-site construction begins.
We provide our own piping drawings to assist our fabricators. Pipe fitters local 562 can then quickly fabricate piping for any large high pressure industrial project down to small grooved HVAC piping.
